Meet Mason
Born and raised in Greenville, SC, and currently a resident of Charleston for the past 10 years, owner and Broker-in-Charge, Mason Wright brings a rare blend of institutional and boutique real estate experience to the upstate. Before launching Upstate Premier Realty in 2025, Mason led the portfolio division of one of the nation’s top vacation rental management firms, representing over $25 million in transactions in 2022 alone. Prior to that, he managed a $100 million hedge fund focused on vacation rental acquisitions across the country. More recently, he opened and operates a real estate brokerage in Charleston, SC in 2023, and has represented more than $25 million from 2023–2025.
